NTA issues strong warning against fake NEET UG OMRs, says AI manipulation won’t escape detection

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has cautioned NEET UG 2026 candidates against submitting fake, AI-generated or digitally altered OMR sheets and scorecards, warning that such acts could lead to criminal prosecution, cancellation of candidature and future exam bans. The agency said official records remain the only valid basis for evaluation and advised candidates to raise genuine grievances only through authorised channels.
