‘Misleading NEET, UPSC claims’: CCPA cracks down on coaching institutes, fines Motion Education and CLC

The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has fined Motion Education Rs 10 lakh and Career Line Coaching Rs 5 lakh for misleading advertisements and unfair trade practices. Both institutes were found to have misrepresented student success rates and course details, failing to disclose crucial information about paid versus free programs and test series..
