Zoe De La Paz left behind a stable corporate engineering job in Chicago to pursue her lifelong passion for sewing, taking up a seasonal seamstress role at Yellowstone National Park. Speaking to CNBC, the 26-year-old said the bold career shift is part of her journey towards working on Broadway and in film, proving that calculated risks can lead to unexpected opportunities.
