The Physical Research Laboratory has invited applications for the Vikram Sarabhai Postdoctoral Fellowship, or VISHWAS, aimed at supporting young researchers in fundamental science with societal relevance. The fellowship offers Rs 1 lakh per month along with HRA and other facilities. Three fellowships are available for Indian nationals under 35 years holding a recent PhD with first class academic records. Selection will depend on academic performance, research proposals and referee recommendations submitted through the online application process.
